Regular: Virtual participation 

Fee includes access to the virtual conference platform, live-streams of paper presentations, plenaries and workshops, repositories with materials presenters would like to share, recordings and discussion boards.

Upgrade: Physical participation (restricted until further notice)

In case both you and we know that it is safe to travel to in June, you will be able to add the cost for catering, social events, and carbon offsets to your registration.

Registration cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, and provided that written notice is received by TA DMC Portugal, before the 15th May 2020, the registration fee will be refunded minus EUR 50,00 of administrative charges. From the 16th May 2020 any cancellation will be charged in full. "No-shows" are non-refundable and are liable to full registration fee.
